Delivery and Payment

All promotions offered on the site are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to contact you for clarification.

All products are new and shipped in their original packaging. The warranty period for all products is 24 months from the date of purchase. All products are sent by courier via Speedy or Econt.

The shipping cost is borne by the customer. All products are sent with the “Review” option.

The delivery price is displayed during the order process and varies depending on the chosen delivery method. If multiple units of a product are ordered (resulting in a large volume or weight), we reserve the right to choose the delivery method.

The product list in each category or on the product page displays information about its availability.
The information refers to stock availability in our warehouse and is updated every 60 minutes.

It is possible that a product is out of stock despite having an “in stock” status. In such cases, you will be notified by phone or email about the inconvenience. If the order is shipped within the specified timeframe, you will receive a confirmation email to the address registered with us, and the product will be handed over to the courier during their working hours. We will only contact you by phone if further clarification is needed.

Depending on availability, the possible statuses are:
– In stock – A product offered by ATRA Ltd., with availability of more than one unit;
The exact delivery time will be communicated by phone after the order is placed.
– On request – The exact delivery time can only be provided by a sales consultant at phone numbers +359 32 954 139; +359 32 956 137
– Not available – A product that is out of stock

The delivery time is between two and five business days, depending on the location, and applies only within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Payment is made via cash on delivery, bank transfer, or postal money transfer through Speedy.

The available payment methods are:
– Cash on delivery (payment in cash to the courier upon delivery);
– Bank transfer;
– Postal money transfer via Speedy.

For all orders, a receipt is issued, and upon customer request, an invoice as well. The documents are placed under the waybill or inside the product’s transport packaging.

In your account, you can track the status of your order in real-time and see exactly where your shipment is.

Tracking Order Status:
When the order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the order, and upon invoicing, you will receive a second email with the delivery date. Our consultant will contact you only if additional information is required for the delivery of the ordered products.

All products can be returned within 14 days.

Refunds for returned goods are made only to the customer’s bank account.

Returned goods with cash on delivery are not accepted.
